1. Company Information
BTSAA Ltd — a company providing document preparation assistance for foreign workers seeking lawful employment opportunities in Israel. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or government representative. We provide administrative support only.
2. Nature of Services
BTSAA Ltd provides the following services:
• Assisting citizens of India and Sri Lanka with collecting, preparing, and submitting documents required for legal employment procedures in Israel.
• Presenting applicants' résumés to potential employers and licensed recruitment agents in Israel.
• Offering guidance and advisory services related to documentation and procedural requirements.
We do not:
• guarantee employment in Israel;
• influence government decisions regarding visas or work permits;
• act as the employer of any applicant;
• participate in illegal recruitment or take responsibility for employer decisions.
3. Payments
Payments for our services are accepted only from clients in India and Sri Lanka.
All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner:

By submitting a payment, you acknowledge that:
• payments are handled by Alton OÜ, not by BTSAA Ltd directly;
• BTSAA Ltd does not store or process credit card information;
• all charges may be subject to local taxes or bank fees.
4. No Guarantees & Legal Disclaimer
BTSAA Ltd does not guarantee:
• approval of any visa, permit, or authorization;
• availability of jobs in Israel;
• acceptance by any employer.
All immigration and employment decisions are made solely by:
• Israel's Ministry of Interior (PIBA),
• licensed recruitment agencies, and
• Israeli employers.
Applicants are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide accurate, complete, and lawful documents;
• not submit forged or altered materials;
• use the website only for lawful purposes;
• comply with all applicable laws of your country.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, graphics, logos, forms) belongs to BTSAA Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
• BTSAA Ltd shall not be liable for visa refusal, employer rejection, government delays, or any consequential damages.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

2 Privacy Policy
Last updated: 01.12.2025 Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how BTSAA Ltd collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data of users from India and Sri Lanka. 1. Data We Collect Personal identification data: full name, date of birth, passport number, nationality. Contact data: email, phone number, home address. Employment documents: CV/résumé, work experience, certificates, identification scans. Payment data: processed exclusively by Alton OÜ. We do not store card data. 2. Purpose of Processing We process personal data to: • prepare documents for employment procedures in Israel; • assess eligibility and readiness for employment; • present résumés to potential employers or licensed recruitment agencies in Israel; • communicate with clients regarding processes, requirements, and updates. 3. Legal Basis Processing is based on: • user consent; • requirement for providing requested services; • compliance with Israeli regulations related to employment of foreign workers. 4. Data Sharing We may share user data with: • Israeli government authorities (PIBA) when required; • licensed recruitment agents in Israel; • Israeli employers evaluating candidates; • our payment partner Alton OÜ (payment-related metadata only). We do not sell personal data. 5. International Data Transfers Your data may be stored or processed in: • Israel; • Estonia (via Alitel systems OU); • secure cloud servers located in the EU or other compliant regions. All transfers comply with applicable privacy protection standards. 6. Data Security We implement: • encrypted storage; • access restrictions; • secure transmission protocols. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure; users submit data at their own risk. 7. User Rights You may request: • access to your data; • correction of inaccurate information; • deletion of your data (unless required for legal obligations); • withdrawal of consent. 4 Refund Policy
Last updated: 01/12/2025 Payments for services of BTSAA Ltd are processed through Alitel systems OU. Refunds follow the conditions below. 1. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued if: • the service has not yet started; • the client cancels within 48 hours of payment. 2. Non-Refundable Situations No refund is provided if: • document review has begun; • advisors have started communication with the client; • documents were already prepared or submitted; • the visa or employment is rejected (we cannot influence decisions). 3. Refund Method If eligible, refunds will be processed via the same payment method, handled by Alton OÜ. Processing time: 7–14 business days.
5 Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by submitting a written request to bass@alitel-systems.com. If cancellation occurs: • within 48 hours and work has not started → full refund; • after document review begins → partial refund at our discretion; • after submission of documents → no refund.
6 Legal Disclaimer
Important Notice: BTSAA Ltd: • does not guarantee employment in Israel; • does not guarantee visa or work permit approval; • does not act as a recruitment agency or employer; • is not responsible for decisions made by Israeli government bodies, employers, or third-party agencies. All immigration decisions are made solely by PIBA (Population and Immigration Authority of Israel).
7 Anti-Exploitation & Ethical Policy
BTSAA Ltd is committed to ethical practices regarding foreign workers. We declare that: • we do not engage in human trafficking, forced labor, or deceptive recruitment; • we do not charge illegal recruitment fees; • all services are voluntary; • clients are informed transparently about all costs and limitations. 8 Document Submission Agreement
By submitting documents to BTSAA Ltd, the client confirms that: • all information is accurate and truthful; • no falsified or forged documents are provided; • the client is solely responsible for the authenticity of documents; • BTSAA Ltd may reject service if fraudulent materials are detected.
9 Payment Terms
Payments: • accepted only from clients in India and Sri Lanka • processed by Alitel systems OU • non-refundable after service begins • must be paid in full before document preparation starts
